Unique 422 hectares farm in Limpopo for sale. This unique family-owned game farm is situated in the Tolwe area with the closest town being Alldays. The climate is sub-tropical with moderate winters and hot summers with an average rainfall of 400 to 600 millimetres per year. The topography of the farm is slightly undulating sloping towards the river. Water use has been registered in terms of The National Water Act (Act 36 of 1998) to irrigate 9ha. from the river. There is a breakwater in the river from where the water is being pumped to irrigate. Power is being supplied through an Eskom grid via 22 KVA, 50 KVA and 200KVA transformers.
Improvements consist of a modern 5 en-suite bedroom house with thatch roof and open plan living areas, a kitchen, scullery and a loft (322 m2).
