The property is registered in the name of a company who is VAT registered. The farm is offered as a going concern and thus a ZERO-rated transaction might be possible on condition that the Purchaser is also registered as a VAT vendor. Some vehicles and loose assets as well as the solar system at the main house can be negotiated.
