The property is registered in the name of a Company which is also registered as a VAT-vendor. There are no Land and/or residency claims registered against the farm and also no road servitudes.

The farm has been meticulously developed with convenience in mind, especially when it comes to water reticulation and supply thereof to the dams and watering points, maintenance of the roads, fences and ultimately particular attention to ensuring a healthy Eco-system through sound ecological veld management.

The topography of the property is mainly flat with lovely views on the mountains in the Thabazimbi and Northam areas. The habitat consists of typical and diversified Mixed Bushveld dominated by Combretum and Acacia species and Raisin bushes, in particular Grevia Flavia, appear all over the farm. The grass coverage is excellent and especially Guinea grass (Panicum Maximum) appears in absolute abundance. Soil type is mostly Red Loam with sandy and turf patches in some areas of the farm.

Game in ample numbers include, amongst others, Kudu, Impala, Blesbuck, Red Hartebeest, Gemsbuck, Nyala, Giraffe, Blue Wildebeest, Waterbuck, Zebra, warthog and more. Game numbers will be made available to serious, qualified buyers.
